Name, phone, email (optional), chosen services, appointment dates, comments and, where applicable, hair preferences noted at the salon. The IP address is kept for security purposes.
Purposes
Managing your appointments, sending confirmations and reminders, keeping your history and loyalty points. Promotional messages are only sent with your explicit consent.
Recipients
Only authorised salon staff can access your data, along with the necessary technical providers (hosting, email delivery). Your data is never sold.
Retention
Your data is kept for the duration of the relationship, then for up to three years after your last visit.
Your rights
Under Moroccan law 09-08, you have the right to access, rectify, delete and object. Contact us via the contact form or at the salon. The applicable CNDP formalities are completed by the data controller.
Audience measurement
The website only uses anonymous counters, with no cookies or personal data, to understand which pages and actions lead to appointments.
