Booking and cancellation conditions

Appointment request

Any online booking is a request. The appointment is confirmed by the salon, by email or by phone.

Durations are indicative and may vary with hair length and type. "From" prices are specified at the salon after assessing the service.

In case of significant lateness, the service may be adapted or rescheduled in order to respect the following appointments.

Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance for any cancellation or change, so the slot can be offered to another client.

In case of repeated no-shows without notice, the salon may ask for prior confirmation for future bookings.
